Master of Science (2012 - 2013) from Metropolitan University in Prague, International and Territorial Relations in Industrial Property Law; JUDr. Doctor of Laws (J.D. equivalent; 2006) from Masaryk University in Brno, Faculty of Law, Department of Civil Rights; Mgr. Master of Laws (LL.M. equivalent; 1996 - 2001) from Masaryk University in Brno, Faculty of Law, Master thesis focused on International Private Law.
Judge at the District Court in Ústí nad Labem (Czech Republic) specializing in civil and business law. I have gained extensive experience in intellectual property law cases, civil and commercial litigation and have a strong long-term focus on patent and trade mark cases.
